Hotchkiss & Associates Landscape Contracting HALC is a family owned business started in 1975 by Fran Hotchkiss. Brothers Steve and Tony Hotchkiss have been involved in the landscape business since the early 1970's. They officially started working together in landscape contracting in 1987. What has and continues to drive HALC is the desire to work with homeowners and designers to create a unique landscape that reflect your lifestyle,  compliment your architecture,  and make the most of your property.
